Palm Partners Recovery Center Testimonials
Think for a second of one really “bad” habit you consider yourself to have. Now think about how hard it is for you to change that habit. How long have you been trying to rid yourself of that habit to no avail? Now imagine if you had a disease that caused some very bad habits that resulted in serious consequences like negative long term health effects, the deterioration of relationships with just about everyone you know, legal problems, loss of home, income and employment. That is the reality of living with an addiction for millions of people.
Although we’ve lightly compared addiction to a bad habit; it is more than that. We are in agreement with the National Institute on Drug Abuse’s definition of addiction:
“Addiction is defined as a chronic, relapsing brain disease that is characterized by compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences. It is considered a brain disease because drugs change the brain; they change its structure and how it works. These brain changes can be long lasting and can lead to many harmful, often self-destructive, behaviors.”
It is our goal to make our clients our number one priority while they’re in treatment. Their overall health, well-being and recovery are what we focus on. Throughout the process there will be good moments, bad moments, times when detoxing is going to make them feel like crap (because they won’t have access to the substance they used to abuse) and they might want to go home. One second they’re sticking it out and we’re their best friend and the next moment they’re upset and lashing out. This is going to happen and it’s okay that’s why they’re in rehab in the first place; to feel those emotions they’ve been trying to cover up with drugs and alcohol and to learn how to cope with them.
Palm Partners Reviews
We’re always amazed and beyond thankful of the transformation our clients go through from the moment they step foot into our facilities. We know that recovery is possible and we know that they can reach it but to finally see them (30, 60 or 90 days later) feeling brand new and ready to move along in their recovery and take it one day at a time is truly inspirational.
The key to long term recovery is the ability to stay connected. Our alumni foundation is based upon the slogan “You can only keep what you have by giving it away.” This is why many of our alumni come back and frequently speak at meetings sharing their experience, strength, and hope with new residents. Many times a new resident may be shy or reluctant to talk about past events or current feelings. Hearing the triumphs and personal challenges from our alumni allows a new resident to gain hope and see that the Palm Partners Program works.

Palm Partners Written Testimonials
Dear Palm Partners,
I am writing this letter to Dr.Beley and Peter Harrigan to acknowledge the program and my satisfaction and appreciation for what it has done for me along with my family. Starting with Charlie the limo driver, I would have never made it to detox if not for him. To me he played a vital role in me getting the help I needed. He took time to convince me that I was doing the right thing. He told me more and more about the program and how great it really is. He told my wife that when I returned she would be very happy with the new Antoine. And guess what? She is! So it was very important that I bring light to this. Charlie is very passionate about what it is he does and he truly cares about the lives of others and I thank God and Palm Partners for Charlie, for my recovery.
Now I want to take time to talk more about the staff starting with everyone in detox. The entire detox staff was incredible. They provided all the love and care that is needed in dealing with sick and afraid individuals. The kitchen staff was great also. Providing delicious meals, which is not easy when dealing with people detoxing from drugs and alcohol. They were wonderful and caring.
Which now brings us to residence staff; to be honest after just one day I thought this might be a little too much and considered leaving but decided to give it another day and that was the right thing to do. I met my therapist Dr. Jon and his assistants Kevin and Rebecca. Almost immediately I could see that this was going to be what I needed to get better and recover. They kept me busy with work assignments, which was good for me. I was able to address core matters and find solutions to my problems. Dr. Jon was a great therapist, the other groups were very educational in many ways too. Dr. Phil’s men’s group was a great idea for dealing with the men’s issue. Also, let me say Linda in medical, the van driver’s Brian, Velvet, and Angela. Brian W. especially was exceptional. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to be of help. Also, the group with Peter Harrigan was very enlightening. I am still reading the book, “Awaken The Giant”. It is materials like this that makes this program different than others. Now back to residence and to bring this letter to a close. Mark, Gary, J.C, Mary, Ed, Mitch, Dan, Doug and every other tech that worked at resident, thank you for doing such a great job in keeping things in order within the community which is not an easy job to do. So it is important that I bring attention to what they are doing to maintain the quality of this program which I would refer to anyone, because if it helped me I believe it can and could be helped by Palm Partners.
Thank you very much.
Your client,
Antoine
This is a great treatment program. I spent 90 day’s at Palm Partners and their dual diagnosis program combined with hypnotherapy turned my life around. This facility is very professional, yet they treat you with one on one care. Palm Partners gave me my life back. I have been sober for two years and I would recommend this program to anyone that has an addiction.

This Placed saved my life, I have been to several treatment centers throughout the nation. what separated palm partners from the rest was how long the continued their care with me after i finished treatment. Thank God for Palm Partners. I was absolutely hopeless, suicidal, and stuck in the grips of heroin and alcohol addiction. Palm Partners gave me the love and supportive therapy I needed to remove old trauma, and learn new coping skills. The facilities were beautiful, and the staff members were kind. This program actually made a difference and now I’m almost 2 years clean and sober. Life is better than it has ever been for me.
