Farrah Abraham, 22, checked herself into The Lukens Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. on July 1 to treat her alcohol abuse, and was planning on staying for a full 10 days to complete a sobriety program.

However, Radar Online reports that the “Teen Mom” star was kicked out of the high-end rehab center on Monday night; just two days shy of completing her 10-day program, because she was a “disruptive influence” on other patients

Radar Online says the issues include an argument with a nurse, trying to take photos of another patient, Tan Mom, during group therapy and upsetting fellow patients and counselors, who complained to management that she acted like a bully.

The prestigious Lukens Institute tried to kick her out on the fourth of July, reportedly, but she begged for the chance to stay.

Then, on Monday, Farrah caused another disturbance when she supposedly invited a paparazzi photographer to the venue to take photos of herself. The man was ejected from the facility’s grounds.

This was not the first time Farrah has been accused of bad behavior. The director of her court-ordered, alcohol education course noted that Farrah “had difficulty making eye contact, was standoffish and was sarcastic when answering the questions asked of her,” according to Radar. That same director recommended the ten day program at Lukens.
