“Short Term Inpatient Rehabilitation Does Not Mean Short Term Sobriety”

Short term inpatient rehabilitation usually lasts 28-30 days. Short term inpatient rehabilitation can be especially beneficial for those who have been doing an outpatient treatment program and find themselves needing a little extra care. It gives you the ability to get out of a toxic environment for a short period time. Giving you exactly what you need to come out a few weeks later with some extra tools, clean time etc. Short term inpatient rehabilitation helps you to maintain a long lasting sobriety.

Most of the time someone such as myself that is an addict or alcoholic needs a long term treatment center in order to find recovery. This is because of the years of using that need to be reversed by a few months of clean time and learning life skills again.
